Exciting Opportunity!

We are excited to announce that applications for the Bezos Scholars Program are now open! This year-long leadership development program is open to high school juniors along with a school staff member nominated to be their educator.

The program kicks off with an all-expenses-paid experience for students and educators at the Aspen Ideas Festival, June 25-July 1, 2021, in Aspen, CO. Here, Scholars learn from inspiring global leaders and build connections with peers from around the world. Trip plans will be determined closer to the departure date. If we are unable to safely travel, engaging virtual programming will be offered instead. During the following school year, Scholars receive ongoing mentorship, leadership development, free college advising and online tutoring, and $1,000 in funding to launch a Community Change Project to make a difference in their hometowns.   • Share the opportunity on your school’s social channels with our social toolkit.

  • Help promote the program using our student and educator nominee promotion flyers.

  • See and use our program at a glance flyer.

  • Promote the program live during a virtual or in-person session with staff, or with your networks using our Bezos Scholars promotion slide deck.

  • Apply online by January 11, 2021.
