The holiday season is upon us and time is running out to find the perfect gift. If you are struggling here are some ideas on what I think will be the most popular gifts for teens.
I think the most popular electronics the will be the new iPhones and AirPods. Personally, I am not a fan of the brand new AirPods, so I would gift the originals. Off-brand is an option as well and could be more beneficial in the low-price range. The iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro are big hits. They have several cool features including 2-3 cameras and I know any teen would love a new phone. Another cool thing I discovered is a personal charging hub. I put this on my list! This hub can charge your phone, AirPods, and an Apple Watch all in one. It seems like a very convenient system and could help prevent forgetting those items simply because they are all together. Things like cases, Pop-Sockets, and stick on phone case pockets are inexpensive accessories for those products. Of course, video games, consuls, and controllers are great gifts as well. I also asked for an Instant Print Digital Camera. This is a perfect gift for me so I can put pictures on my wall after taking them.
On the topic of decor, LED lights are big right now. Stick-on LED lights look really good in rooms and cars giving it the perfect pop. These are available on Amazon for around $20. LED light boxes are popular as well. Many boxes have letter-changing features so you can make it say what you want. If you want to play it safe, a candle is always a more affordable and easy gift that looks and smells great anywhere.
Since most teens aren't playing with toys as much, trendy clothing, accessories, and shoes would be great gifts. Starting with shoe, apps like GOAT and StockX are great for designer or brand name shoes. They also have affordable options that include bidding. If you are not interested in online shopping, several stores like Finish Line, Walmart, and shoe departments are great places. Converse, Uggs, Crocs, and Vans are pretty affordable shoes that are sold mostly everywhere. I think the most popular shoes are the Air Force !s (AF1s). Both girls and boys love these shoes and can wear them with everything. You can also purchase clothing almost everywhere. Teddy bear coats and sweatshirts are very popular especially for girls. Accessories such as scrunchies, chains, letter name necklaces, and cologne/perfume are also great gifts that are on the less-expensive side.
