The Mountain State Forest Festival Receptions for the Art and Photography Exhibits were held Wednesday. RCB was well represented and students received many accolades on their art.
Although very few awards were given, Crimtopia, as Mrs. Crim calls her art room, is pleased to announce Senior Lura Simon won the "Most Creative" ribbon and prize money for her astronaut collage. In the photography division, Junior Alexis Brannon placed 1st with her jellyfish and 2nd with her urban cityscape, receiving ribbons and prize money, as well. Exhibits close Saturday evening! Way to go artists!
